New York Real Estate Journal Names Matthew Halal Among 2025 Ones to Watch: Industry Leaders

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that partner Matthew Halal was named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2025 list of Ones to Watch: Industry Leaders, an annual spotlight showcasing accomplishments, challenges, advice and key insights from the area’s leaders.

Matthew focuses his practice on advising lenders and investors in all aspects of secured financings, with an emphasis on representing institutional lenders in the origination of securitized and portfolio mortgage loans and mezzanine loans. His experience includes construction and hospitality lending as well as credit facilities, co-lending and participation agreements. Additionally, Matthew also represents clients in connection with CRE repurchase and warehouse facilities, and loan-on-loan financing transactions.
