Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Clay Bennett, Hannah Flint and Marysia Laskowski to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and client service.

Clay Bennett (Corporate, Richmond) focuses his practice on private equity issues and corporate transactions. He advises private equity firms, private investment funds, institutional investors, and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, fund formations and offerings, joint ventures, venture capital investments and general corporate matters. Bennett received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his law degree from William & Mary Law School, cum laude.

Hannah Flint (Corporate, Washington) advises both domestic and international clients on ESG and sustainability, securities law and corporate governance. Her experience spans advising on ESG reporting and governance, U.S. securities laws, including disclosure and periodic reporting, securities law compliance, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Flint received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, summa cum laude, and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Marysia Laskowski (Corporate, Dallas) focuses her practice on corporate and regulatory matters involving banks and other financial institutions. She represents financial institutions and their holding companies in a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and bank regulatory matters. Laskowski received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, magna cum laude, and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, Order of the Coif.
