Hunton Attorneys Receive 2025 Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is proud to announce that eight of its lawyers will be recognized with a 2025 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award as part of the Burton Awards for Legal Achievement. The authors being honored include labor and employment partners Kurt G. Larkin, Christopher M. Pardo and Susan F. Wiltsie, counsel Tyler S. Laughinghouse, and associates Liz England, Eileen Henderson, Reilly C. Moore and Katherine P. Sandberg, for their article, “All Things Considered: Loper Bright and the NLRB, OSHA, Wages, and Non-Competes.”
Established in 1999, the Burton Awards honor the finest accomplishments in law, including writing, reform, public service, including members of the military and executive branch of the government, and lifetime achievements in the profession. Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony on May 19, held in association with the Library of Congress and presented by lead sponsor Law360 and co-sponsored by the American Bar Association.
