Join us in Ohio as Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP launches the first of its Technology Forum roadshows. Hunton is pleased to bring together industry professionals in technology and procurement to host our Technology Forum: Contracting and Privacy Considerations Associated with AI, Software Compliance Audits, and Contracting and Procurement Efficiencies in Cleveland on March 4 and in Cincinnati on March 6. Our industry-leading technology, outsourcing, and privacy lawyers hand-picked a few of the hottest topics facing our clients today and will discuss the legal and business impact on businesses during this half-day session.

The constant creep of technology into most commercial contract offerings and the rapid adoption of various forms of artificial intelligence has resulted in an explosion of information technology-based agreements for legal and procurement departments. Depending on the nature of these agreements, new approaches to old issues must be adopted, consideration of unsettled legal issues must be accounted for, cybersecurity and privacy considerations must be appropriately addressed, and internal legal and procurement processes for contract efficiency and optimization should be adopted. These forums are designed to keep in-house counsel and heads of procurement up to speed as to emerging trends and risks, while also providing practical approaches to addressing these issues.
