Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney with at least four to six years (class of 2019-2017) of law firm experience in labor and employment to join the labor and employment team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and have strong analytical, research and writing skills. Big firm experience a plus. Trial and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position for full-time on-track associates is $365,000 to $420,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
