Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP has completed Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule™ certification initiative, earning Mansfield Rule 5.0 Certification Plus status. This is the firm’s third consecutive year achieving Certification Plus status, reflecting the firm has both considered and achieved 30% representation of historically underrepresented lawyers to meet Mansfield Rule’s measures.

Named for Arabella Mansfield, the first woman admitted to practice law in the United States, the Mansfield Rule initiative was created to boost and sustain diversity in leadership and the pipeline to leadership by focusing on three main pillars:
